The Mexican of Team Motopark had a perfect qualifying session, stopping the clock in 1.31.936. “The car was simply mega this morning”, he admitted, “and everything went according to the plan. Frankly, I couldn’t have done anything better”.
Championship leader Rui-heng Yeh was second fastest, only 0s027 behind, after a small mistake in his second attempt. Row 2 was also trusted by Motopark drivers, with Jan Koller (0s199) posting his best qualifying result of the season, ahead of Wiktor Dobrzanski (+0s274).
Alessandro Famularo was fifth (+0s488) and the best of the BVM Racing drivers after running second in the first part of the session, while Maya Weug reduced her gap with respect to yesterday, qualifying eighth 0s730 from the top.
