Divy Nandan (BVM Racing) brings India back to the Euroformula

India’s Divy Nandan is at the wheel of the BVM Racing Dallara #4 at Portimão, with the firm intention to contest the entire season. The Indian is the fourth Indian ever to race in the Euroformula, after Ameya vµaidyanathan (2016-17), Tarun Reddy (2017) and Mahaveer Raghunathan (2010).

Born in Gurgaon (Haryana), Divy started karting unusually late at age 17 under the mentorship of Narain Karthikeyan at his Racing Academy, he then quickly rose through the ranks, excelling in MRF F2000 and MRF 1600, and finishing fourth in the Indian F4 Championship in 2024. In 2025, Divy has taken the big leap into Europe, racing in the GB3 championship.

The Euroformula Open is the next step for Nandan, who comments: “I am very happy to be racing with BVM here and for the rest of the season, as we are working to finalize the deal. I really look forward to the season. The Winter Test in Barcelona was very positive and fruitful for me. Last year, in my first season in Europe, in the GB3, I struggled a bit, but I feel much more comfortable with the environment here in the Euroformula and with GB3. The car is very nice to drive and the tracks are amazing. I am really excited and determined to do well.”
